Refund Policy

Canopy subscriptions are billed in advance. Here’s what to expect.
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and every post you’ve generated stays yours. We don’t refund partial months. If you cancel on day 5, you still have access through day 30.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed once, upfront, for the full 12 months, at a discount over paying month to month. Because of that discount, annual payments aren’t refundable or prorated. You can cancel anytime to stop your plan from renewing, and you keep full access through the end of the term you’ve paid for. Before an annual plan renews, we’ll email you ahead of time so a renewal never catches you by surprise.
Try before you commit
Your first post is free, and you can run Canopy monthly before committing to a year, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you pay for one.
Billing errors
If you think you were charged incorrectly, email hello@canopyseo.com within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review and fix any genuine billing error promptly.
